I bought one of these when I purchased two SnuggleSafe Heating Pads. I was surprised to find that the pads came with their own covers but thought "Bruno" would add to the comfort of my five pound rat terriers crate travels. Well, I found that the body of the cover provides too much insulation and does not let the heat of the pad come through. So the cat is really no more than a stuffed animal in Flynn's crate. Love the idea, just wish it didn't insulate the heat so much.

I had purchased 3 Snuggle Safe Heat Pads for my 3 dogs but they were hard and not particularly comfortable but Bonzo the cat saved the day! One of my dogs is an elderly Chihuahua, another is a recovering Chihuahua from a leg amputation and my 3rd dog was just plain cold when I turned the heat down at night in the winter. Bonzo the Cat is a very nicely constructed soft stuffed animal with a pocket inside to hold the heat pad. It is fantastic! Makes the Snuggle Safe Heat Pad soft, warm, and cuddly. All my dogs cuddle up to theirs in their beds at night. They are SO much happier. They make this noise that I swear sounds like ahhhhh!!!! as they sink into it. I can't say enough about this wonderful safe invention. You just have to be careful about not overheating the the heat pad. I heat one for 4 minutes in a 1100 watt microwave oven. Very comfortable item- soft and cuddly. I am disappointed because the zipper on the item broke. I have not had the item for too long. I wish it was made better.
