Nuzzle Nest Pet Bed X-Large

When I received the nuzzle nest in the mail I had no idea what on earth it was lol, it was vacuum-sealed so it was completely flat. I cut it out of the packaging and it quickly puffed up. I barely got a chance to put it on the floor before my dog pounced on it and claimed it haha! It was soo cute! He loves it, and I love watching him paw around and circle around on it just to make it "perfect". My dog definitely knows his nuzzle nest belongs to only him and he sleeps on it every chance he gets. He's not even the type of dog that likes being on furniture, but he gets very upset if he doesn't have his "bed". The nest is pretty well made and has really soft cushioning inside, my dog seems to find it quite cozy. I can put it in the washing machine too ( but don't take the stuffing out, just leave it in there), it turns out just fine! I'm extremely happy with this item and so is my dog! I'd definitely buy again!

my order was placed, confimation acknowledged, shipment date estimated. No merchandise received. Multiple attempts made the vender via phone and email. No response. I paid for 2 dog beds at MuttMart.
I need help either obtaining my merchandise or getting a refund
